The studio was keen to find a way to display the fluidity of glass. Therefore they sought the contrast between the industrial steel and the craft of glass blowing, a contradiction and a confluence.
They designed many steel pedestals with a grid to experiment with the flexibility of glass. It is a research in form, counterform, fluidity, transparency, repetition, light, and reflections.
These vases are an ode to the glassblowing craft by literally placing it on a pedestal.
This series is still open for more experiment and purposes.
